Lister Orchard Inc., grows 800 acres of fruit including cherries, peaches, pears, plums, and apples. We employ about twenty-five to thirty people from June through the middle of November. Most of our work is piece rate, however, we do have some hourly work between harvest times. We supply approved housing to our employees and guarantee minimum of $7.40 per hour. We are covered by worker's compensation and unemployment insurance.

Our employees are paid every Monday for the previous week's work. Our week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday. Employees that stay with us during our entire harvest season will receive a bonus based on the amount of peaches and apples picked by them during the season.
